Receive a comprehensive design plan tailored to your space, aesthetic, and functional needs. This service provides a clear visual direction, detailed layouts, and curated sourcing so you can confidently bring your space to life.

The goal is to give you a design plan that feels cohesive, personal, and achievable — without the overwhelm of figuring everything out on your own.

Process & Deliverables

1. Initial Design Consultation (1–1.5 hours)

We begin with a video call to discuss:

• How you use the space and your functional needs

• Layout possibilities and spatial challenges

• Overall aesthetic direction and inspiration

During this conversation we will also review potential pieces and begin building a starter mood board to align on the visual direction for your design.

2. Design Deck Delivery

Following our consultation, you will receive a comprehensive design presentation including:

• Detailed design notes and guidance

• One curated mood board per space

• To-scale layout plan(s)

• One photorealistic design visualization per space

• A linked budget tracking spreadsheet

Furniture and decor sourcing will include both new pieces and select vintage or secondhand items (typically 2–10 depending on availability) to add character and uniqueness to the space.

3. Design Review Call (45 minutes)

Once you’ve had time to review the design deck, we will meet for a follow-up call to discuss:

• Feedback on the design

• Any adjustments you'd like to explore

• Final refinements to ensure the plan feels right for you

Many changes can be discussed and resolved during this session.

4. Final Design Deck

After incorporating the agreed adjustments, you will receive the final version of your design plan, ready to guide your purchasing and implementation.

Additional Information

If additional support is needed after the design process, you may book additional time at my hourly rate (subject to availability).

This is a virtual consulting service, meaning all items will be sourced from online retailers and online vintage marketplaces such as Etsy, Chairish, and Facebook Marketplace.

Product links will be provided for each item, and clients are responsible for purchasing and coordinating delivery.

If custom work is desired, I’m happy to provide design guidance and incorporate the concept into the overall plan. However, coordination of fabrication, labor, and installation remains the responsibility of the client.
